Policies
- To confirm reservation a 50% deposit is required for two or more night's stay; full payment is required for a one night stay.
- Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $20 administrative fee.
- If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is forfeited.
- The little Farm is a nonsmoking establishment.
- We regret that we cannot accommodate guests' pets.
- Smoking is not permitted in the farm house or the barn.
- Check in 3:00 - 9:00 pm,; Check - out by 11:00 am.
- Cash, personal checks or travelers' checks accepted.
